• One individual per Dealer account is allowed to register. This individual, who is the primary E-commerce account holder, should be the Owner/Proprietor of the company.
  
• Once vetted, the primary user can add additional company sub-users from within their account.
  
• The Owner/Proprietor can delegate the primary role by selecting the admin box when adding the new primary role. Only do this step if you are ready to delegate that power.
  
• Sub-users can be given credit info and statement access, as needed.
  
• A user, Territory Sales Manager, or local branch customer service representative can e-mail ssosupport@daikincomfort.com to ask if the company has registered.
