If the Single Sign-On Portal is not loading correctly, please follow the two steps below.
First, ensure your Google Chrome browser is up to date by following these steps:
- Open the Chrome App.
- Navigate to the 3 dots in the upper-right corner.
- Choose Settings and scroll down to the "About Chrome section".
- The current version of Chrome will display at the top.
- If you see the "Relaunch" option, your browser is outdated. Click "Relaunch" to update.

- If you do not see the "Relaunch" option, your browser is up to date.

Second, follow the steps below to clear your Cache and Cookies/Site Data:
Open a new web browser and select the Three Dots in the upper right corner.

Select Settings.

In the search bar type Cache, and select Clear browsing data.

A new screen will populate, the time range should be All time, and the only boxes you want selected are Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files. Deselect all other boxes.

Ensure you have only selected those two boxes and changed the time range to All time then select Clear Data.
