If there is a scheduled maintenance, a notification will appear directly on your screen when you try to log in or access the system.
  • This message will provide the expected downtime and when the system should be back online.
  • No action is needed if you see this message; simply try again after the scheduled maintenance window.
If You’re Experiencing an Unexpected Error:
If no maintenance message is displayed but you are still experiencing an error, please contact the Daikin Single Sign-On (SSO) Support Team at ssosupport@daikincomfort.com

In your email, include:
  • Your email address
  • A brief description of the concern or error message
  • Any helpful details (e.g., browser, device, screenshot)
Once your email is received, the Daikin Single Sign-On (SSO) Support Team will:
  • Confirm whether there is a known outage
  • Assist with any additional troubleshooting if needed
