You may see one of the following errors when trying to log into the Tech Hub mobile application or the Single Sign-On system:
- Authentication failed
- Account pending

- Account rejected

- Password empty/invalid

- Please enter valid email

These errors are typically related to your account approval status or temporary concerns with the Single Sign-On (SSO) system.
Error:
Authentication Failed, applies to users accessing the Tech Hub mobile app. This error means your account has not yet been approved for mobile app access.
To start the approval process:
- Go to www.daikincity.com
- Log in with your credentials
- Your account will automatically begin the approval and verification process after login
Once approved, you’ll be able to log into the Tech Hub mobile app without seeing the error.
Note: The approval process takes 48-72 business hours. Try logging into the app again after 48-72 business hours, and if you still receive the Authentication error, please reach out to daikincity@daikincomfort.com.
The Invalid Credentials or Invalid Email error is often related to concerns within the Single Sign-On (SSO) system, such as:
- Temporary outages
- System instability
- Credential synchronization delays
