To create a new account go to www.hvaclearningcampus.com and agree to the pop-up message.

After agreeing to the pop-up message, hover over "Training" and select Instructor-Led Training.

A new window will open; please click Sign In in the upper right corner.

After selecting Sign In, please navigate to the Create Account option, which is highlighted in red below.

You will be prompted to enter your email, password, name, and telephone number. After filling in the required details, check the boxes to accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Once the boxes are checked, click Next.



The system will automatically verify whether the email is already linked to another account. If so, you will be notified the email already exists and sent to the login screen to enter your password.



After entering your information, you will be asked to select your business type. Choose the option that best describes your business.



Once you've selected your business type, you'll be prompted to enter your business details. Please provide your full business name and address. Click the 'Next' button once all fields are complete.



The system will automatically populate your business details. If there are any existing businesses in our system that match the one you've entered, a list of possible matches will be displayed. If your business is not listed, simply select the details you entered and click the 'Next' button to proceed with creating your account.



A confirmation screen will appear for you to verify the information displayed on the screen is correct before completing registration. If any of the information is incorrect, click the Back button to make the necessary changes. If all information is correct, click Register.



After registering, you will receive an email with a verification link. Click the link to complete your registration.
Next, log in to www.hvaclearningcampus.com and select MY TRAININGS to appear as active and be eligible for class enrollment.
Important: If you do not log in and select My Trainings, you will not show as active in the training system to be added to a class.
If you do not see the verification email within 10 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
